Maddie received her bachelor's degree in apparel merchandising and design from Iowa State University in 2019, with an emphasis in creative and technical design. Since then she has completed internships in NYC and Columbus, OH, worked for five years in the technical design department at Abercrombie & Fitch, and recently started a new position as technical designer at Parade in NYC. 

Maddie is a technical designer at Parade, owning initial tech packs, fittings, fit consistency, and vendor collaboration. Product categories consist of women's intimates, sleepwear, swimwear, and loungewear. She has enjoyed collaborating with her team members in a fast paced environment to bring products to life.
